3.- Description of the Service
Through the Service, VAN-DOS, a fashion brand, which allows the purchase of different products such as dresses, blouses, pants, among others from its different collections.
The language in which the contract between VAN-DOS and the buyer will be concluded will be Spanish.
The purchase process in the online store will be as follows:
Within the web, the product catalog appears divided into categories so that you can select the desired product.
After making the selection of the product, it will be included in the shopping cart. At that time you can continue to buy more products or finish the purchase.

6.1.- Own content

In addition, the client is not transferred any intellectual or industrial property rights over the website or any of its component elements, the reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, forwarding or the use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights.

7.- Product delivery and availability
Orders through the web can only be made when the delivery address is within the European Union or the Spanish Peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands, excluding orders for other countries, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Andorra, the Islands of Madeira, the Azores Islands or the Canary Islands.
In the purchase form, you will be asked for a shipping address during normal business hours. VAN-DOS will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the indicated address does not match reality or data necessary for delivery have been omitted.
In the event that the delivery address is in one of the territories excluded from shipping, the order will be automatically canceled and the purchase will not be processed.
All products will be shipped via private transport service. VAN-DOS will inform by email of the departure of the order from the warehouses, indicating the customer service number of the transport company responsible for the delivery, so that, in the event of an incident in the delivery, you can contact them to solve it.
Orders will ship Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays. The usual delivery time will be between 3 and 5 days, counting from the day after the order confirmation. VAN-DOS will not be responsible for unforeseen delays due to logistical reasons or force majeure, the maximum expected delivery time of the products will be 10 days after the confirmation of the order. In cases of delays in deliveries, VAN-DOS will inform its clients as soon as it becomes aware of them.
For the delivery of the products, either the user or a person authorized by the user must be at the address indicated in the order. In the event that it is not at the address designated for delivery or if the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the private transport company will contact the user to set an alternative delivery date.
After 7 business days after the delivery of the order placed without it being possible to arrange the delivery, the user must contact VAN-DOS. In the event that the user does not proceed in this way, after 10 business days from the time the order is dispatched, it will be returned to our warehouses and the user must bear the costs of shipping and returning the order to the warehouses, as well as possible associated management fees. The amount of the order will be refunded through the same system used for payment, except for the expenses indicated above.
In any case, the delivery date at your home may change depending on the availability of the chosen product, the warehouse of origin, the shipping area or the specific circumstances of each order. It can also change due to extraordinary incidents in the carrier, meteorological causes or any other type of similar difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise.
On the other hand, if the purchased product is not available, the consumer will be informed of this through the website and he will not be able to select it for purchase. In that case, VAN-DOS will offer you an alternative of equal or superior quality, with the corresponding price adjustment, and which you may freely accept or reject.
8.- Price and taxes
The prices of the products offered in VAN-DOS are indicated in euros (€), with the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force at the time of purchase being recorded on the price of the products.
In any case, the operation could be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on your country of residence or the condition in which you act. For this reason, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to the one shown.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any time on the website, except in the case of manifest error. Although VAN-DOS tries to ensure that all prices on the website are correct, errors may occur.
If an error is discovered in the price of the products that the customer has ordered, VAN-DOS, after informing him as soon as possible, will give him the option of reconfirming his order at the correct price or canceling it. If VAN-DOS fails to contact the customer, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully refunded.
VAN-DOS is not obliged to supply products (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal and could have been reasonably recognized by the customer as an incorrect price.
Given the peculiarities of online shopping, the price of the products indicated on the website refers solely and exclusively to the purchases made therein, without necessarily having to coincide with the retail price of VAN stores. 9.- Shipping costs
A fixed amount is added to the prices indicated for each product for shipping costs, indicated in each case during the purchase process.
On the other hand, shipping will be free for orders placed in mainland Spain and/or the Balearic Islands whose total amount is greater than €80 (VAT included). In the case of shipments to other countries, the user must always pay shipping costs.
10.- Payment method

11.- Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
11.1.- Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order at any time and at no cost as long as you notify us before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
Likewise, the collection costs for the first return within the same order will be free. If more than one change/refund of the same order is made, €4 will be charged.
If the amount of the requested product had already been collected before the cancellation, the term for reimbursement will be 30 days from receipt of the return. 11.2.- Returns and commercial guarantee
VAN-DOS, as a seller, will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three years from delivery, as long as the product remains in perfect condition and retains the original label. In such cases, the consumer and user may choose between demanding repair (in the event that they were goods that can be repaired) or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate.
In cases where due to the expenses involved in the repair or replacement, in relation to the value of the product, a price reduction will be offered.
In order to exercise this right, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within a maximum period of two months from when they became aware of it and it must always be taken into account that the lack of conformity that they allege and the moment in which it alleges it must be compatible with the nature of the product.
